Lot 12 St. Louis, Mo., 5c, 10c Black on Greenish (11X1, 11X2). Vertical Strip of Three of Each comprising The Complete Reconstruction of the First State of the Plate. The 5c has large margins except outer frame barely touched in two places at right, neat ms. cancels. The 10c has Large to Huge Margins except just touched at top left & is Beautifully tied on piece by Red "St. Louis Mo. " pmk. (cancel ties top pair, bottom stamp uncancelled), both bottom stamps have small closed tears, really immaterial in such a Magnificent & Truly Incomparable Showpiece
