EXTREMELY FINE GEM. THIS PAIR IS THE FINEST OF THE RECORDED MULTIPLES OF THE 10-CENT ST. LOUIS PROVISIONAL ON GREENISH PAPER WITHOUT PEN CANCELLATION. A MAGNIFICENT AND EXTREMELY RARE POSTMASTER PROVISIONAL PIECE.
