Found by Walter S. Scott around 1897, this cover was sold to Burger Brothers who sold it to Seybold. This was sold on March 15, 1910 as lot 16 is Seybold's 29th sale. It was bought by Bruce V. Jennings of Baltimore. Jennings later sold it to the Nassau Stamp Company.
