#9X1b, New York, N.Y. 5c Black Postmaster Provisional, signed A.C.M., single with four margins ranging from close at bottom to quite large at right, strong color and impression, tied by blue pen stroke on folded cover to Philadelphia, red "New York 5 cts./18 Nov" c.d.s. and "Paid", cover with a few age spots not affecting the stamp, two vertical file fold, the one at left does not appear to affect the stamp which is very fine.
