Schuyler J Rumsey sale 108 lot 1314 realized 180 notes the signature is AC M, making the stamp a 9X-1a.
The enlarged picture of the stamp shows the signature somewhat obscured by the blue ink cancellation. The lower loop of the C clearly ends without connecting to the M but there appears to be another red ink line above this, between Washington's nose and right eye, that may head up to the M. Clearly, the signing pen was lifted after writing the C but the M may still be connected.
