Columbian Issue Collateral Items.
A specially printed Postage Stamp Agency Invoice, for the shipment of $98 in Columbian Issue stamps. This invoice No. 105 accompanied a shipment of these stamps to an unknown post office.
This Invoice was prepared under the authority of Thomas A. H. Hay, Davis, Stamp Agent, who served this office from April 22, 1889 until July 24, 1893, and was replaced by Wesley R. Davis on that date. For an example of a similar invoice from Davis's period in office, see Census ID 999, Set ID C2.
