Mr Mayota not listed in 1843, 1845 or 1846 editions of Doggett's.
The 1845 edition of Doggett’s lists an I. Green Pearson at this address. Further, an Isaac Green Pearson was a Trustee of the Mutual Life Insurance Company in NYC in 1845-46. Mr. Pearson was a builder / architect.
