The 1845 edition of Doggett’s lists a William C. Schoolcraft as an express operator at 10 Wall Street and a home address of 57 Greenwich. He is not listed in the 1843 and 1846 editions. There are no other entries for a Mr. Schoolcraft in the three editions.
