John A. Fox sale Oct 13-14, 1965 (Hollowbush) lot 1332 describes stamp color as blue.
Robert A. Siegel sale 766 lot 660 unsold describes stamp color as blue green.
Illustrated in the Kapiloff exhibit (courtesy of Richard C. Frajola) which notes the letter was delivered to a branch office of the Post. The pickup fee was 2c regardless of weight. The postage from NYC to Mohawk Village was 2x the single rate.

Note the color of this stamp is described as blue in the Frank Hollowbush sale (John A. Fox, Oct 13-14, 1965), green in the Kaufmann sale (Dec 1975) and bluish green in the Pope sale (John Fox May 4, 1985). Along with Calvet Hahn, I have designated this as 6LB5, blue green as it is used too early for the true 6LB5b blue shade.
