Robert A. Siegel sale 868 lot 2011 realized 260 gives timestamp as 9 O'Clock
CDS the time is clearly an 8 as there is an indentation in the middle of the right side and closure of the bottom loop on the left (under the S).
Owen Byrne was a dealer in cider at 59 Water Street (1846 Doggett’s)
Calvet Hahn lists this cover as 9/14/42.
