Albert Field (July 4, 1795 – April 25, 1869) owned and operated a nail and tack manufacturing company in Taunton, Mass. He was also a president of the Taunton Gas Works and established both the Taunton Foundry and Machine Company and the Mount Hope Iron Company at Somerset, Mass.
