Name and address unclear but cover appears to be addressed to 87 ? near or on Cliff Street to a William H. ?. It is not part of the Hooper correspondence.
The 1843 edition of Doggett's lists several possibilities to the identity of the adressee but with such sketchy information, a positive identification is not possible.
