Valentine enclosure and folded letter sheet with 6LB5b on blue glazed paper. CDS is Feb (1845?) usage

Dale also mentions the initials DFK on the cover. He bought it in England but thinks that, at some point, it was sold by Daniel F. Kelleher.
Schuyler J Rumsey sale 130 lot 988 realized 190 (card image)
CDS date appears to be FEB 14. The upper triangle of the 4 is clear in the rotated enlarged image with the base of the stem lost in Washington's jacket.
Some of the letters of the timestamp are visible. The actual hour is printed on the double oval just to the right of the T in THREE and reads 1 O’Clock
58 Greene Street, in October 1842, was occupied by Walter Brinckerhoff, a porter. (1842-43 Doggett’s). He is not listed in the 1845 and 1846 editions.
Walter Brinckerhoff (1794-1878) was married to Eliza McChain (1797-1828). They had the following children:
Isaac W. Brinckerhoff (1821-1910) – a clerk at the American Home Missionary Society on Nassau Street. He later became a Baptist preacher and was among the first teachers who volunteered in 1862 to travel to Port Royal, South Carolina, to begin the education of slaves liberated by Union troops during the Civil War.
James W. Brinckerhoff (1820-1904) – a clerk at the American Home Missionary Society on Nassau Street.
Sophia Brinckerhoff (1819-1846) – the recipient of this letter. She was born in Ithaca, NY and died in New York City.
...and three others.
After Eliza died, Walter married Eliza Ann Coulter (1799-1865) and they had 4 children.
