(Scott 9X1b), position 4 with Double Transfer at bottom, tied by blue penstroke cancel and red "NEW YORK/15/AUG/5 cts" postmark with matching PAID arc handstamp and manuscript "Paid" endorsement on folded letter to Albany, stamp with huge margins, including sheet margin at top, to just touching at left top, fresh and neat, a Very Fine cover.
