Dec. 4" c.d.s. on ca. 1846 folded cover to Thomas Page, an auditor in Frankfort, Ky., matching "Paid" handstamp and manuscript "10 "at far right, pencil "Paid" opposite stamp; cover with some light wear along central vertical file fold, Very Fine usage.
