Fig 168 shows an example to Toronto, the stamps postmarked May 13, 1846. The cover went via Queenstown May 17 to Toronto. Since Toronto is less than 60 miles from the border, it was rated 4 ½ d for Canadian internal postage. The manuscript cancelled stamps are positions 2-3.
