At first glance, this looks like a Philada Pa CDS. However, the letter above the M in MAR does look like a U and the letter above the A in MAR could be an N. On the other hand, the letter beneath the E in Esq looks like a P (as in Pa.).
The CDS appears somewhat different than the other known cover from Nunda, which was applied in red ink.
Not listed in Alexander from either Phila Pa. or Nunda NY
The other cover in the census to John C. Forsyth is addressed to Kingston NY from New York City.
