Ample to enormous margins with sheet margin at right, exceptionally vivid color, canceled by bold blue grid and additionally tied in sheet margin by matching "Mineral Point Wis T Apr 10" (manuscript. day) c.d.s., on 1851 folded letter to John A. Bingham (later Congressman and Minister to Japan) in Monroe, Wi., Very Fine and appealing usage with a gem margin single. Estimate $2,000-3,000.
