Alexander listed as 5/27/50 from Lake Champlain to St. Matthias, Canada and duplicated as 5/27/xx from Hudson River Mail to St. Catharines, Canada (based on the PF number assignment in his book, removed). The spelling of the recipient’s last name is slightly different between the two listings.
The Hudson River Mail listing has been removed from the census due to the relative size and clarity of the Lake Champlain cds. With a better image, if the Hudson River Mail cds is readable, this may be reversed.
