It Is Genuinely Used On Cover The Stamp With A Small Scissors Cut At Bottom Right
Letter to William James Green (1825-1862). He graduated VMI in 1846 and went on to become a farmer and merchant. During the Civil War he was a Lieutenant Colonel with the 47th Virginia Infantry Regiment. In 1862 Green was killed in action at the Battle of Cold Harbor, Virginia.
