Horizontal pair, large margins to clear top left, tied by red grids and blue pen strokes on 1848 folded letter from Petersburg, Va. to Millard Fillmore in New York with red "Richmond Va. Nov. 4" c.d.s. and "New-York Nov. 6" c.d.s., straightline "FORWARDED" and blue manuscript "5" and redirected to Albany, file fold through right stamp, Fine usage. Estimate $1,000-1,500
