Letter to Adelia Columbia Murray (1828-1902), the daughter of Manus Murray and Betsy Ferris. Adelia married Julius B. Benedict in 1856 and they raised 3 sons. Adelia was born and raised in Sudbury, Vt but by 1851 had moved to Cornwall, a few miles north. With no “care of” notation, the sender was a close friend or family member.
