According to Hart & McDonald (Ten Cent 1847 Covers, August 1970), this cover resides in the Miller Collection in the New York Public Library
Lot 168 10c black, horizontal pair, large margins, small scissors cut at bottom between the stamps, just mentioned for accuracy’s sake and without any significance whatsoever, extremely fine. Tied by red circular grids to small neat cover to Philadelphia bearing red circular US Express Mail Boston, also red 20. Another beautiful and rare cover from the famous Ludlow Beebee correspondence.
