10 C. black, wonderful having bright colors and on all sides with enormous margins item in outstanding quality on cover with red Grillstempel and additional red single circle postmark "by special delivery MAIL BOSTON, Mass. January 25". The cover carries the handwritten notation "MISSPAID 10 Cts. " and the cover was therefore with 10 C. postage due (red Tax postmark 10). The new postage step from 20 C. was under of the stamp (20) noted. An extraordinarily interesting and scarce express messenger letter! Certificate with photograph Holcombe.
