VERY FINE. A BEAUTIFUL AND RARE USE OF A STRIP OF FOUR OF THE 5-CENT 1847 ISSUE, PAYING THE DOUBLE 10-CENT RATE FROM BOSTON TO PHILADELPHIA FROM THE LUDLOW BEEBEE CORRESPONDENCE. ONLY THREE COVERS WITH STRIPS OF FOUR HAVE THE U.S. EXPRESS MAIL MARKING.
