Andrew Tracy (1797-1868) and Julius Converse (1798-1885) were lawyers in Woodstock, Vermont. James Barrett, who later became a Vermont Supreme Court Judge, joined the firm in August 1849. Tracy was elected to the US Congress and served one term (1853-1855). Julius Converse served as the 34th Governor of Vermont (1872-1874).
