PhilaMercury cover ID 24846 entered by Hugh Feldman who dates the cover as Dec 23rd. However, the cover is dated SEP 25th. The P is in the shadow area on the right and the S is in the shadow area to the left. It is most clearly seen in the lower image where I pushed the color and faded the stamp.
