The 5c with uniformly large margins, intense shade and a diagonal crease at upper right not mentioned on the certificate, cancelled by blue Paid in oval is on the front only, with local cut to shape as often and affixed at upper right corner, entering ht mails to Norristown Pa. with blue Philada Pa / Dec 20 / 5 cts postmark tying the local.
