Philadelphia Pa., 5¢ orange brown (No. 1b), large to full margins, lovely shade and very fine impression, well tied by blue "Philada. Pa. 5cts Feb 3" c.d.s. on circa 1848 folded letter to the Theological Seminary in New York N.Y., c.d.s. repeated at far right, manuscript "paid", contents are a 1 page discourse on insomnia from father to son; letter-sheet with very slight even toning, still a Very Fine usage bearing an attractive stamp.
