1847 5c red brown Franklin (Scott #1) single tied by blue May 7, integral-rate "5 cts" circular date stamp cancels sent from Philadelphia to Clearfield Town, Pennsylvania. Repeated blue circular date stamp at left of stamp. The stamp exhibits bright color and ample margins on all sides. 1848 1c bronze Blood's Despatch (Scott #15L13) local stamp at left pre-paying Blood's local pickup in Philadelphia. A very fine 5c 1847 Issue & 1c 1848 Blood's Local combination folded cover with accompanying original 1851 letter from a sister to her brother. Accompanying 2002 Professional Stamp Experts Certificate.
