Pa. 10 Feb. 20" integral-rate circular datestamp on small 1850 embossed envelope to Delafield Wis., wax seal on back, right stamp tiny hole in left "5", some minor cover edge wear, otherwise Very Fine, attractive over-300 miles use, with 1968 P.F. certificate.
