5 cent 1847 cover, Warren, Ohio, apparently originally stampless with 5 rate marking, struck by target killer and stamp applied (also cancelled with target), all in blue, enclosed letter with printed letterhead of Western Reserve Bank, stamp is close at bottom and has small ding at lower left. Too bad! There is some back flap damage. Warren received 4500 stamps -- 22 covers listed in Alexander, including this one.
