Similar to cover from Syracuse to Berne, dated April 9th (see cover ID # 9178 and PF cert 124167 with the cds on the stamp in the upper right corner to the same addressee in the same handwriting).
The cds is very hard to read but ould be a FEB postmark. It is the old style townmark with NY at 6 o’clock dating the cover to pre July 1850, when the new cds was put into use (NY at 4 o’clock)
