Lot 19223 EXCELLENT US COLLECTION, 1847 TO 2000 in 54 Volumes, most of the value is in the mint stamps and classic covers, but there is some value in the used; the greatest value is in the first two Albums which include mint and used Scott 1, 2, used in shades plus reprints, two covers with no.1, one cover with no.2, 1851 issue including many types, pairs, color shades, 5c. brown six imperf singles on cover to Germany, many scarce covers of this imperf issue including Valentine, 12c. black bisect on cover from San Francisco, 12c. pair on cover to Ireland, 1857 issue also with beautiful covers and overseas frankings including a nice cover to China 1861, 1868 90c. blue single on cover to France, 1867 issue also specialized on different grills, 1869 issue complete used and scarce values mint, 15c. both types on two covers, 1869 issue 24c. and 30c. on two covers to England and France, 1870 issue with very scarce grill on 24c., early mint and used blocks up to 90c. purple 1887 (block of 12), 1893 Columbian mint and used complete set and imperf proof set on card, all $-values on covers, 5$ 1894 mint with right margin, many early stationerys and covers with imprints, 1898 Omaha complete mint and used, excellent part Postage Dues, Officials including State 10$ & 20$ mint (Sc. O70 - O71), numerous Newspapers including 1879 mint up to 60$ signed Brettl, US offices in China Sc. K1-K18 complete mint and used, Duck Stamps, early booklets and booklet panes, varieties and perforation errors, there is some duplication of Scott numbers in the classic issues. Over 120 certificates Philatelic Foundation, Jakubek, Brettl, Rendon, Alcuri, Richter, van der Linden. The collection is housed in 54 SAFE Albums in 6 large and one small boxes, condition is fine to very fine especially with the 19th century issues and there is great value here and Inspection will be rewarded.
