Howland Fish (1786–1862) was a prominent attorney, politician, and district attorney (1843-46) based in Fultonville, New York. He practiced law in Johnstown, Glen, and Fultonville, served in the New York State Assembly (1820-21, 1827).
In Fultonville, he partnered with his son, Frothingham Fish (1820-1895), who later became a New York State Supreme Court judge.
