Apr. 16" circular datestamp on buff cover to East Berkshire Vt., stamp with tiny nick at bottom center of little consequence, otherwise Very Fine, a perfect strike, very few target cancels were used on the 1847 Issue and this 4-ring version is rare, ex Matthies, Rust and Boker
