Clear to nice margins all round, very fine, tied by 2 red grids on 1849 folded letter to Little Falls, NY with light red Albany AUG 22 c.d.s., writer discussing his attempt to avoid cholera outbreak, some adherence around stamp not affecting 10¢, Fine, the cover should be a 5¢ rate and there is a question whether the 10¢ belongs, so it is sold as a sound 10¢ that may or may not belong on the cover.
