This attractive 10c 1847 cover of May 26, 1851 b east the seldom used postmark No. 13 recorded only in red and for a period of less than six months (December 1, 1850 to June 2, 1851)… Probably the reduced postal rates of July 1, 1851 led to the discontinuance of this postmark

CDS date, although described as MAY 26 is really ay 25 and the year date is 1851, based on SAINT in the town name.
