Nov. 3/10" integral-rate circular datestamp, second strike at right, on blue 1850 folded letter to Philadelphia, tiny trivial tear at top edge of cover, horizontal file fold far from stamp and markings, Extremely Fine and choice, a beautiful cover, the configuration of this St. Louis marking is very unusual (rate slug below date), ex Emerson and Moody

It Is A Genuine Usage, The Cover With A Small Closed Tear At Top CENTER
CDS: Date appears to be 11/8/1850. The upper loop of the numeral seems to go around too far for a 3.
The cds on the stamp is pushed to the limit of contrast, making the cyan cast, and clearly shows the 8 on the right edge of the stamp above the 0 in the 10 rate marking above Mo.
