Lot 77 #1 5c Pale Red Brown, ample to large margins, lovely delicate color, tied by slate blue grid struck twice in criss-cross fashion, matching Cambridge Ms May 13 pmk on white envelope to Boston, the envelope has faint negligible aging, the stamp has a faint crease at right, otherwise Extremely Fine, a very scarce cover, ex. Emerson.
