Position 70L, mostly large margins, closer at right, tied by red grid and matching "Boston 10 cts 22 Mar." c.d.s. on 1850 folded cover to New York with red "STEAM" struck near top center, manuscript "postage due. stamp" (there is also a smear of pen ink on stamp, probably prior to being used); few light toned spots not affecting adhesive, otherwise Very Fine and rare. Estimate $1,500-2,000
