Description: #1, four margins, fresh color, two pre-printing paper folds, on small neat ornate enamelled envelope with fancy die-cut back flaps. Back flaps also edged in silver. The enamelled surface on the paper did not allow the inks of the red Boston postmark or grid to adhere very well to the envelope so both are faint. Stamp removed and hinged in place.Tip of backflap neatly repaired. Very pretty. 1998 PF Cert. Certificate? Yes
