It Is A Genuine Usage
Baltimore, Md., 1845, 5¢ black on white (3X1), three full framelines including two large margins, slightly in at top, tied by blue "Paid" grid handstamp on cover to Port Tobacco, Md., additional strike of "Paid" at right with large oval "5" rating, matching blue "Baltimore Md. Feb. 21" c.d.s.; cover fold at left not affecting stamp, slight edge soiling, a Very Fine usage.
