Postmaster Provisional, 5c Postal Entire With exceptionally clear strikes of the provisional handstamps, used to Reading, Pa. with a clear Baltimore circular date stamp dated July 12 (1846), small stain in center from a wax seal, which has since been removed, still a very fine and clean example of this rare provisional envelope.
