Lot 6 Circular Post Office Seal in red, also red 2, on white envelope, used locally.
Major portion of the back is missing, but the cover is neat and attractive. Covers with postal markings in blue are listed and priced by Scott for $350. As far as we can ascertain, the is the only cover known with markings in red.
