Matching "2" on neat Tiny Ladies Cover with "You shall not grieve always for all the shocks of this eve, Your bosom from care my own lips shall relieve", wafer seal on flap, this is the Handstamp used in Red for the Annapolis Postmaster Provisional. H R Harmer sale 3035 lot 2 realized 5500 (images) notes a personal note penciled in at the bottom of the envelope reading "You shall not grieve always for all the shocks of this eve, Your bosom from care my own lips shall relieve" indicating the enclosure may have been a sympathy message, small "Careful & Constant" label affixed on backflap.
