Bold detailed strike with matching "2" handstamp, on folded cover to Secretary of State Richard Hollyday in Annapolis, dated on back Mar. 24, 1848; file creases far from marking, which is Extremely Fine, probably the finest known strike, ex Ferrary, illustrated in Luff, Plate III, with 1968 P.F. certificate
