CDS partially missing at left. The oval cancel was used in 1847 and in 1848 through August before changing to a circular cds in Sept 1848. The October 1847 cancel was abbreviated OCTR, matching this cover. The date digits were narrow so this cover may have a 1 or a 4. Hard to tell.
