IT IS A GENUINE USE (lower image - darkened to try to show embossed marking)
Cover cancelled with a blue Baltimore cds dated xx/28/xx with notations on front and back dating the cover as Jan 28, 1850.
The notation on front reading New York & Boston RR Letter Sheet. Embossed imprint is not visible in the scans.
