IT IS A GENUINE USE, THE STAMPS WITH VERTICAL EDGE CREASES AT BOTTOM.
Letter may be addressed to Francis Triplett Hord Sr (1797-1869), lawyer, government surveyor, and Kentucky Circuit Court judge. He served as a director of the Bank of Northern Kentucky in Maysville.
